This year's Peyer Cover Christmas card is made from dyed ESKA pure cardboard in 1.5 mm thickness and a sheet of SURBALIN seda, laminated on label paper. Both are in A5 size. The ESKA pure cardboard features two laser-cut tree shapes. The front side is finished with a green hot foil stamping. The two tree shapes can be detached and assembled into a standing Christmas tree.
Before lamination, a greeting message and 24 colorful "Christmas balls" were digitally printed onto the SURBALIN silk sheet on the label paper. CMYK values were determined through proofs to closely match the original SURBALIN colors.
The balls have been die-cut up to the label paper, making them peelable from the backing. Using the 24 round adhesive dots, the Advent tree can be decorated freely.
